A shared morning space for practice, presence and continuity January - May 2026

Morning Practice is a steady practice space inside the Embodied Living Community.
A place where we meet in a shared morning field and practice over time.

We meet early in the morning and begin the day in the body - through meditation and movement, in a space that is calm, stable and human.

A sense of community grows through showing up over time and practicing in the same space. We meet at the same time, in our own spaces - connected through shared presence.

Morning Practice supports you in:

✔️ Creating continuity that supports everyday life
✔️ being part of a shared practice space
✔️ letting practice deepen through time and commitment

Structure

We meet two mornings a week:

  • Tuesdays at 06.00  - Meditation

  • Thursdays at 06.00 - Felt Sense Flow® (movement)

All morning practices last 15-20 minutes and are designed to fit into an everyday life.
The teaching is in English and all sessions are recorded, so you can follow at your own pace if you cannot attend live.

Community & living space

Morning Practice lives inside the Embodied Living Community, which means:

  • a closed, calm space away from social media

  • the option to share reflections, if you wish

  • a sense of community built through continuity and shared practice

In addition, I will go live 1–2 times per month spontaneously with:

  • teachings (nervous system, bodyscore, energy work )

  • longer movement/Yoga practices

  • breathwork

  • ritual or reflection

These sessions arise from what is alive in the space and are part of the community.

Morning Practice runs from
Tuesday, January 13 until the end of May.
The space remains open for entry until January 28.

Commitment:
Morning Practice is held as one continuous practice space. You join for the full period and become part of the space.

Payment can be split into 3 parts.
