Meet Kirstine Ilum
I’m Kirstine Ilum – somatic therapist, teacher and creator of Felt Sense Flow® – a method for embodied transformation that brings together intuitive movement, breath, body awareness, trauma-informed therapy and energy work. For over two decades I’ve immersed myself in movement, dance, body therapy and energy practices.
