We meet online every morning.
Most days are live at 06.15 (08.00 on weekends).
Some sessions are pre-recorded to support a steady and realistic rhythm.
Live sessions run for 20–40 minutes.
Pre-recorded sessions vary in length, depending on the focus of the day.
Replays are available daily.

What is Felt Sense Flow®?
Felt Sense Flow® is a body-led movement practice that works with your physical, emotional and energetic patterns through intuitive movement, breath and inner sensing.
The practice invites you to feel your body from within and let natural impulses guide the movement, sometimes subtle, sometimes more expressive.
This gives the body space to reorganise, release tension and create clarity.
Felt Sense Flow® blends somatic psychology, intuitive dance, functional movement and breath-led awareness.
It supports the body in finding its own rhythm, its own pace and a grounded sense of presence.
The movement is guided, accessible and always responsive to your capacity that day.
Meet Kirstine Ilum
I’m Kirstine Ilum – somatic therapist, teacher and creator of Felt Sense Flow® – a method for embodied transformation that brings together intuitive movement, breath, body awareness, trauma-informed therapy and energy work. For over two decades I’ve immersed myself in movement, dance, body therapy and energy practices. I create potent spaces where you can reconnect with your body, release deep patterns, and awaken your authentic vitality. My work is grounded, experiential and transformative – guiding change that you can embody and live in everyday life.
